Organizations
Add your whole team to an organization to share your apps and work together!
The organizations feature is newly released and is rapidly evolving. Stay tuned for more features.
Organizations enable you to collaborate with others, structure your apps, and manage app access. You can use them to share apps with others or others can use them to share apps with you. There is no limit to the number of organizations you can own or be a member of.
Read below for instructions on various organization feature functions.
Create a new organization
To create a new organization, follow these steps:

Click the Numerous logo at the top of the sidebar

Select “Create new organization”

Choose a name for your organization

Click “Create organization”
Switching between organizations
If you are a member of more than one organization in Numerous, you can switch between them.
To switch your active organization in Numerous, follow these steps:

Click the Numerous logo at the top of the sidebar

Select “Switch organization”

A new page will present you with the organizations that you are a member of. Choose the organization you want to switch to.
Renaming your organization
You have the option to rename your organization. You must be logged in and be the administor of an existing organization to be able to change an organization's name.
To change your organization's name, follow these steps:
- In the sidebar navigation, click the Numerous logo.
- Click the name of your organization to get to its settings page.
- Use the existing white text field to rename your organization.
If you rename your organization, a new slug and link will automatically be created based on the new name.
When an organization is renamed, all previous links to the organization will become invalid.
